Nocturne

How about a Nocturne rework? Swain's getting one before a champ all the way from season 1. He just seems weaker than the other picks. Nocturne has basically remained untouched for years. Only small tweaks, nerfs, and buffs come around. Nothing major. So can we have a Nocturne rework?

In my opinion he desparately needs a visual update.
