New Permanent Gamemode and Funny Scuttle Crab Idea

I think there should be a permanent new gamemode where you have the option to play against higher or lower tier then you. (of course this would basically be like a harder or easier game mode then normals as you would not gain or loose lp from this) The whole point of this is to get higher elo people off tilt and lower tier people to get better quicker.

Also i think it would be funny if you could make the crab dance when you dance and maybe this can make it so the crab is easier by making it stop for a sec maybe if you have a certain amount of ability power or attack damage it wouldn't stop moving just so that way assassins, bruiser, mages couldn't abuse this to make it easier for them seeing as they already do crab in a decent amount of time.
