@Riot more option to spend IP please

Dear Riot, as a big fan of LoL, I started playing the game back in 2009. the years of playing, I had already unlocked everything in game besides some skins. On the other hand, right now I have saved up about 200k IPs with nothing to spend on. I understand that there are a lot of works are needed in order to deliver new feature, and Riot needs to make money to cover the cost, but can you rewards the loyal players by letting us able to spend our IPs in someway? I really doubt that Riot is short on money or anything when players like me buying RPs ever now and then. I remember back then, it was really fun and exciting when unlocking new champions and runes after playing so many games, but now the games just getting a little plain to me, I just play the game for the sake of playing the game (yes I do play Ranked), the excitement if getting less. If there is new feature which enable us to use IP to unlock new stuffs, I personally think it can bring back the excitement I had years ago. Riot, would you please consider my request?
