should corruption be bought solely for its sustain damage? or both? if refillable was buff'd it would make for stronger junglers as well as a safety for conservative laners who may not be able to buy cull (which seems to be a top lane item since no other lanes can end up with you all-in on the enemy champion XD) but this also makes roams and invades a viable option for mid laners who can scale into the game. if you wanted to "buff" it without buffing it i would increase the sell item value to like 80 gold? 100 gold? cull just isn't strong enough for most champions to preform well especially when the enemy team can see that information
