Idea for someone to use?

Iv always wanted a champion that could play a support/mid role possibly that used some kind of mimic magic. for example has a move that when placed on a champion copies the next move used in 1 sec. then maybe fill moves like a silence, a reflecting wall, a short range mirror portal. could be a mime looking toon with eyes all over him. skins could be endless. almost like a shimigami if i spelled that right. (death note ref.) makes me think of a yu-gi-oh monster like champion. thoughts?
