Ideas for a new champ
I've got a idea for a new champ here, tell me in the comments what you think about it!
Luz, The Electro Wizard (If you have a better name, say in the comments)
Passive: (I have 2 ideas, choose 1) 1º idea: Static Life: Upon dying, Luz "revives" himself but with reduced stats, and his abilities changed (When he dies in normal form, it counts as a kill. of course). His Q turns to a passive (The mark now has a 10 - 5 second cooldown, based on Q's rank), has access to his normal W, his E turns to a movement speed buff and doesn't have access to ult. Dies after 30 seconds or if he gets killed again. (3-2 min cooldown, based on level) 2º idea: Extra Shock: Upon getting hitted by a champion ability, Luz's next basic attack or ability deals 20 - 200 (based on level) + (10% AP) bonus magic damage. (15 - 5 second cooldown, based on level)
Q: Lightning Bolts: Passive: Hitting a champ with this, marks them for 3 - 5 seconds. Active: Empowers his next 2 basic attacks, making them to pierce any enemy minion or champion (max: 3) and dealing 10 - 210 + (20% AP) + (40% AD) bonus magic damage. (8 - 3 second cooldown)
W: ZAP: (Can only be used in marked enemies). Luz sends 2 zap bolts (priorizes champions) dealing 50 - 150 (+ 10% AP) magic damage and stunning for 0.5 seconds. If the zaps hit the same champion or minion, doubles the damage and the stun duration. (7 - 4 second cooldown)
E: (Got 2 ideas too, choose 1). 1º: Connected Energy: Luz throws an orb that hits up to 5 enemy units (priorizes champions), dealing 100 - 300 (25% AP) magic damage and slowing for 1 second (If the orb hits 5 units, the slow is increased to 1,5 - 2 seconds (based on rank)). (14 - 4 second cooldown)
2º: Discharge: Luz discharges all energy around him, dealing 100 - 300 (25% AP) magic damage and slowing for 1 - 2 seconds (Based on rank) (9 - 4 second cooldown).
R: Thunder Ray (kinda like Lux's ult): After channeling for 1 second, Luz fires a massive ray that deals 200 - 500 (+100% AP) magic damage and marking them.
On release skin: Star Guardian Luz and his phoenix called Yukio. Put some splash arts of him and the skin! (I don't know how to do that)
