Hextech skin rerols

Is it normal for the rerol of skins to give me a skin for a champion I do not own, then make it disappear from my inventory? I rerolled prime time draven, snow day gnar, and caprtured twisted fate, I got pool party draven, but I do not own him and so I went to bed and got on this morning and the skin was gone.
