I've had this idea in my head for a while and I'd like to know what you guys think about her kit! (Q) seems a bit overloaded but maybe not. I have some ideas for lore but I am feeling a little lazy right now to write em down.

Ekt'zul, the Intergalactic Seer

Primary Mechanic Teleport - A displacement ability that has no travel time (unit goes from point a to point b immediately)

Passive - Space Manipulation Ekt'zul stores the energy from nearby enemy champion basic attacks. After 8 attacks, Ekt'zul's next basic attack deals bonus damage and Teleports an enemy 500 units away from her location. If there is a Warp Tower (W) between Ekt'zul and the enemy, she will instead Teleport the enemy 500 units towards her location.

Q - Distortive Singularity Ekt'zul convenes a Distortive Singularity in a target area which - upon arrival - deals damage and briefly slows enemies. For the next 4 seconds, Ekt'zul and the singularity can move independently of one another. After 2 seconds, you can reactivate this ability to damage all enemies in the singularity's area again and Teleport it to Ekt'zul's location, carrying all enemies with it. The singularity will disappear after 4 seconds, post-reactivation, or if it moves too far away from Ekt'zul.

Use Alt-Right Click to move the singularity.

W - Intergalactic City Ekt'zul calls in a Warp Tower at target location that assembles itself over a small duration. Warp Towers have 4 hitpoints and last for 10 minutes. Once fully constructed the Warp Tower provides vision for a brief duration while enemies that are Teleported through a Warp Tower take high damage and are stunned for 2 seconds. If an enemy Teleports through multiple Warp Towers, they take 25% damage past the first one. Ekt'zul can have 4/5/6/7/8 Warp Towers on the Map at any given time.

E - Wormhole Teleport a champion or a Distortive Singularity (Q) 750 units in the direction the singularity or champion is facing.

R - Upheaval Passive: Ekt'zul can store 2/3/4 charges of Intergalactic City (W). Active: Instantly Teleport all nearby enemy champions 600 units in the direction of the Warp Tower (W) that is closest to each respective enemy champion.
