Arc, The Rift's Core

Design

Very reminiscent of IO from dota2, where it is just a ball of static energy or something of the sorts.

Lore

Now, I'm a really bad writer, so I didn't really come up with some super long story about the origins of the Arc. However, I do have a general story about where it came from.

The Arc was originally a power source used by the void to gain access to other dimensions. However, Arc became conscious and decided that it didn't want to be apart of that anymore, so it left. Arc was later found by some Zaun fellows and was tricked into being used as one of their power sources, but Arc later escaped and is now a neutral party that doesn't really care for the void or Runneterra.

Gameplay

I will refrain from using numbers and instead be using proximity words in order to give a perception to how much I think each ability should do.

Passive: Static

Arc has multiple tendrils with (medium) range that attach to targets around it. These tendrils replace auto attacks and deal magic damage over time, scaling with ability power. Arc can be attached to (Large) units max, prioritizing champions. More than one tendril can be on one target and does less damage the more tendrils there are on a target (but increases damage overall)

_Q: Focus _ Increases damage of tendrils by (Medium) amount and focuses all tendrils onto one target.

_W: Static Shock _ Passive: Every (small) seconds her tendrils add a stack of static onto the target, at 3 stacks Arc shocks the target dealing a (small) amount of damage and slowing for a (small) amount.

E: Zzzzzappppp!!!

Arc dashes to a location stunning all targets in a (small) area for a (short) amound of time and dealing a (medium) amount of damage.

_R: Stasis _ Arc creates a (Large) stasis field around her that supresses all enemy/neutral units inside for a (Long) time. Dealing damage to anything inside breaks the supression on that specific target. Arc's tendrils are also disabled inside the static field unless directed otherwise by her Q

Author's notes

Arc CANNOT autoattack at any time

Tendrils do not count as abilities OR auto attacks (this was to avoid the abuse of rylais/frozen mallet)

As for the role of Arc, I'm honestly not to sure what role it would fill. It could be a mage or a tank/support. It would all depend on the specific numbers that Riot would put on her, probably, but the whole point of creating Arc was to make a new, simple, different and flexible kit, and I hope I have achieved that.

Not gonna go into every detail of the champ, as I think its the players who should really theorycraft what is best item/role/etc wise for every champ, and I don't really feel like telling you guys what to do.

I hope you enjoy this creation!
