Lore of a made up Yordle Champion!
Hello everyone! I decided to take upon the task of Creative Writing and I decided it was the time to make my first leap and show everyone and see reviews of it. I might not be the best, but if you guys (the viewers) to read it and comment on it, I would appreciate it. Now, this is NOT about a Yordle like the devil
but of one called Sky. I've been through the stage of re-writing it and editing lots of times for this lore. So if you take the time to read it I'd be very thankful. Oh before I go, I must tell you, in this Lore, I created a village called Zidernt (about 15 miles away from Demacia and yes, In this lore, i had a few misspelled words in here. Please don't be negative on that. :'( Well, Hope you enjoy :)
Sky: The Yordle of Hope
Born a Yordle and near-sighted all her life in a village of strength called Zidernt, (About 15 miles away from Demaciea) she was picked on due her wanting to be a support like her half- brother,Aeonem. Sky was taken away from her parents in BandelCity around a young age was left stranded for days in the forest. She was then later found by Aeonem and was taken in. The village then gossiped about her arrivel. The villagers dispied her of being a near-sighted and the fact of being a Yordle to the point of throwing stones at her, leaving a scar on her right ear. For years, she felt unwanted due to her being different in the village but Aeonem was there to comfort her. For her birthday, her brother made her glasses hopeing it would help her to see and to enjoy life, but it only made her see better. Years passed by and she was called a adult by her brother. Aeonem decided to buy a scarf for Sky for becoming a adult but didn't return the next day. A messenger came to Sky and told of horrific news of her brother's death with only a scarf remaining. Heartbroken, she accepted the scarf and was lost in tears. After a year of depression, she decided to go on his legacy of being a support. Months went by as she tried to join a army. But the last army she saw was the army of her village. She went to the commander and asked about joining, but was soon she realized it was a grave mistake. The commander called her a worthless blind mouse and smacked her across the face. She fell from the slap and had fallen on her face. She got up looking for her glasses but only found blood on her hands from glass cutting her. The commander had broken her glasses. The villagers laughed at her and disowned her. Angered by such a offense, she stormed off blindly from the village leaving her memories behind. Wanting to prove them wrong, she headed to Demicia to train with the best supports.A Yordle called Poppy came to Sky. “Are you the hero I'm looking for? If you are, take this hammer!” But she declined the offer but asked for her help to fix her glasses. Poppy refined her glasses and continued her search for the hero. But before Poppy left, Sky had one more favor to ask. “I'm a little lost you see, but I was hoping you could tell me where the teachers who teach “supporting” are?” Poppy gladly lead Sky to where they were. Sky was lacking in courage to ask the trainers to teach her the art of healing, but Poppy nudged her to erge on. The teachers gladly accepted Sky and she began her training. Years of working with them, she was proven as great as Sona. With her trusty staff, she was capable of healing the sick and the wounded in the army. With the robes and armor of a true Demacian and the heart of one, the people of Demacia called her one of them as their own.But when war ranged back to her village, Poppy advised that she'd help her village. Angered but understood, she had to depart from Demacia and go back to help. Fear curled around her neck when she walked in the forest. Dark memories of her stranded till Aeonem found her bottled within her. From the smoke drifting through the sky, she knew she was near. Walking slower and slower by the minute in though, she stopped. Placing her hand near her right ear, she remembered all of what happened. “It's no use, Sky said, they might make fun of me for just coming.” She was loosing hope and decided to turn back. But suddenly, in the dark forest, there was specks of light like stars in the night. The mysterious lights we some how showing her a way. She followed the gudeing lights to what seemed a wall of trees. Suddenly, a passage opened through the trees. The lights started to glow even more. Sky continued to follow the lights as trees parted as she walked. Before her, was a stone alter with engraved words but too old to understand and there before her was a stick like none other. Climbing the stairs and dropping her staff, she picked up the stick. A radiant light brighter then the stars projected around her. In the instant, a voice called out to her which seemed familiar, “Come, let your heart not be toiled by fear and hopelessness, your legacy is to help, do what you must.” Sky understood what she had to do. Hope was then filled into her heart and the fear was wiped cleaned. Opening her eyes, she looked around for the stick. The stick which was now a powerful staff, had been a fusion of Demacian magic and Ziderntia power. This stuff was clearly one of a kind. Holding the staff, she noticed the engraved words from the stone alter onto the staff. She looked closely to read what it said. To hear surprise it said Aeonem. A tear rolled down her cheek not of sadness, but of hope that Aeonem will guide her. A distant scream pounded in her ear. Whipeing her tear she knew the village was in need of saving. Putting one foot forward she tripped over her old staff and was falling off the alter. To her surprise, she didn't hit the ground, but floated instead. Surprised but not worried about not being able to walk, she floated toward Zidernt. When she arrived there was slaughter all around. Corpses of the enemy and the villagers were spread around. “By the looks of the armor, Sky poundered, “I'm going agenst Noxieans!” She clutched her staff in fear but she remembered the message and charged right into the fight. Even though the enemy was powerful and outnumbered them, Sky's hope over powered them. Improving the villagers spirit's with hope and healing. The battle was close but Zidernt had won. Many were wounded and so was also taken by Death. The Ziderntians were amazed by her power but also feared it as well. Many villagers didn't even reconized her, until they saw her right ear. Many begged for forgiveness, others cried for doing such bad things to her. Many believed it was the gods punishing them for their poor behavior toward her. But in the end she forgave them all and headed back to Demaciea. Poppy along with Lux from the Crownguard Family met her there. “Lux was so excited to meet you Sky that she even put on a ceramony for you.” Poppy said.”When she saved her village that disowned her AND found the legendary staff Aeonem, it's what was nessisary, Poppy.” Lux added with a smile. “You..you did this all for me..? Even if was a disgrace to the Ziderntians?” Sky said in a quite voice. A tear glided down her face when she heard their words. A large shadow fell upon Sky. Frightened, she turned around but was at ease to see it was only Garen. Seeing the sword though, she shook a little. “My sister and I have always been brave warriors of defending our nation and allies, but with your skills, have you considered of following our steps in being a champion in the League of Legends?” Sky thought for a brief moment of silence. “No, said Sky, I have never considered of joining the League of Legends. But if what you say is true, then I'd be more than honored to join you on this Journey.” Sky joined a month later and was a hero to not only the Demacieans and Ziderntians, but a champion of hope for what ever team she was in.
