New Game Mode

So what if there was a game mode in which, in the beginning summoners were given a random character. Then instead of going through the "pick order" for champions, you go through the same order, front-to-back in which you pick from a pool of abilities. The pool of abilities would consist of the random champions that were assigned abilities. You would literally be able to create your own champion, being able to pick three basic abilities (q,w,e,) which don't necessarily belong to your champion and then one ultimate ability (r). It would give the game a little more spice and something different for those of us who love the game, but get bored from time-to-time with the staleness and stagnant nature of the game modes.
