can we have an option that we can choose our summoner border?

I know the borders updates with the level, and I'm stuck with the gross yellow lvl 240 border for a very long time, all in my head is level up to get rid of it, and i noticed theres a lot cute border so it would be sweet if we can have an option pick taking border or no border, and could pick the border back from lower level or any
