Hextech Gifting

i'm just going to go straight to the point we should be able to gift things from our Loot tab to other people... like,if i have a corki main and i have ice tobbogan corki skin,but i hate corki.. i can give it to him and he can give me anything from his own loot.. as simple as that Please make this a thing

Then what would be the point in buying RP? They obviously cannot make Hextech loot giftable because it would ruin them financially. Since you can basically get any champion, Skin, Icon, Ward-skin from Hextech whats stopping someone from hoarding all of it just to gift/trade it so they can get what they want?
