Champion Concept: Gux'Rok, Devourer of Light

Lore The Void is a dark, cold place, and so is every world that was consumed by it. While other Voidborn can't stand the light, Gux'Rok feeds off of it. But not the way that a plant does, oh no. He literally eats light. He opens his mouth to suck light into it. His arrival on Valoran heralds the end, for he will seek out the greatest light source in the galaxy and devour it until there is nothing left. Normally that would be the sun, but on Valoran there is one light source that shines just as bright if not brighter. When Gux'Rok escaped the Void, he found himself near the capitol city of Demacia. Where he could see a magical glow of a powerful source of light. Hungry from his long imprisonment in the darkness of the Void, he seeked out the source of the glow. Using his scales to refract the light that shined on him, he was able to become invisible. This allowed him to sneak through the capitol, where he would find a blond, happy girl (aka ) talking to children. She radiated with so much light. More then enough to make Gux'Rok drool. She glowed like the sun, but she is alive and is able to replenish herself. An all you can eat buffet that won't go out of business just because he cleaned it out. Gux'Rok knew that he couldn't just devour her light and call it a day, he had to kidnap her. Still invisible and overcome by hunger and greed, Gux'Rok wrapped his tail around Lux and carried her away. The children shouted for help. Valor already saw what happened, and quickly reported back to . was there when Valor gave her the report, and without hesitation Garen rushed to perform his brotherly duties. Meanwhile, Lux's magic had counteracted Gux'Rok's natural ability to turn invisible, revealing him to be the insatiable lizard monster that he is. Whenever she tried to use her magic against the monster, it would instantly absorb it. The monster would then let out a satisfied belch, followed by a tighter squeeze on his yummy catch. Unable to escape on her own, she was left with no other choice but to scream. Her screaming alerting Garen to her position, and he wasn't far behind. Garen picked up the pace to save his sister. When he finally caught up, the monster had almost made it out of the city. Garen had to act fast. With his sword already drawn, he ran as fast as he could. Unable to reach the monster's head in time, he went for the next best thing... the tail restraining his sister. He quickly chopped it off, saving his sister from the hands of a light eating monster. The instant that Gux'Rok felt that his tail being severed, he starting running even faster. He may have failed to catch his buffet this time, but once his tail regrows he will try again.

Abilities

Passive: Lumivore Any time that Gux'Rok would take magic damage, he be healed for half of the damage that was prevented (i.e. shields) and reduced (i.e. MR and damage reduction).

Q: Starving Lunge Cost: 30 mana CD: 4 seconds Range: 450 units Gux'Rok leaps at and bites his target, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+0.6 AD)(+ 0.9 MR) physical damage. Gux'Rok will then gain 10/15/20/25/30% increased Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Whenever another champion uses an ability near Gux'Rok, the remaining CD will be reduced by 1 second.

W: Glowing Saliva Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana CD: 8 seconds Range: 600 units Passive: The bite from Starving Lunge, basic attacks during Starving Lunge's Attack Speed boost, and Glowing Saliva's active will also deal 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.4 MR) bonus True Damage and reveals the target for 1.5 seconds. Active: Gux'Rok spits a large ball of his own glowing drool in a target direction. Upon hitting an enemy or reaching the extent of its range, the spit ball will explode to deal 80/100/120/140/160 (+1.1 AP)(+0.8 MR) magic damage to all enemies within a 200 unit radius. The blast will also leave behind a patch of glowing saliva (225 unit radius) that will last for 5 seconds that will reveal the area and reduce enemy movement speed by 40%. Can activate without breaking stealth.

E: Light Refraction Cost: 45 mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds. Gux'Rok becomes invisible for up to 4/5/6/7/8 seconds. While invisible, Gux'Rok will move 30% faster and gain 100% magic damage reduction. Upon leaving stealth, Gux'Rok will gain a 100/150/200/250/300 (+0.9 AD)(+1.2 MR) health shield that will last for up to 3 seconds.

R: Void Tail Cost: 100 mana CD: 120/100/80 seconds Range: 300 units Passive: When Gux'Rok's health drops below 30%, we will detach his tail and run. Doing so will free him from CC, make him immune to CC, and gain a 90% increase to his movement speed for 3 seconds. He must then wait 60 seconds (reduced by 10 seconds for every "+50% Base Health Regen" gained from items (can't be reduced to less then 20 seconds)) for his tail to regrow. Gux'Rok will not be able to use Void Tail's active while the tail is in the process of regrowing. Active: Gux'Rok wraps his tail around a target enemy champion, surpressing the target for 4/6/8 seconds. During this time his movement speed will be reduced by 30% and be unable target the champion he is suppressing. Gux'Rok will be squeezing the champion he is suppressing, causing it to lose 10/15/20% of its current health per second.
