Portrait Frames in Champion selection

Hi, I've noticed that once I've earned an S grade on a champion and earned a hextech box for it, in the Champions tab there's a gold portrait frame that appears around the champion, signifying that achievement.

I like the golden portrait frames, as they help me quickly identify who I need S's on. I think it would be a really helpful and wonderful addition to the game if Riot included these golden portrait frames in the champion selection screen when choosing a champ to play in the game.
