Cito is a male vastayan in the form of a black fox, around the same height and size of Lamb from Kindred, looks just like a fox, but stands on his hind legs with 4-digit hands instead of front paws.

Cito uses small throwing daggers for his weapon and wields powerful magic, with the desire to become more and more powerful! Acquiring this power goes against what Ionians have been taught. Cito will trick and deceive to get close to the trees to snatch and devour their spirits, absorbing their powers for his own gain to become the most powerful mage of all of Runeterra, leaving the trees of the forest to wither and die.

Cito is a theft and deceiving mage, stealing from his opponents to make himself more powerful, thinking of no one else, but himself! He is ready is deceive and trick his foes at every waking turn, even driving them to insanity, and then finishes them off!

Also he starts the game with his "ultimate" and has a 4 rank ultimate.
