New champ idea Kung Fu Panda

Hi Riot,

Just an idea, I think a champ like Wukong the Monkey King is cool so why not make a counterpart? Po the Dragon Warrior like in Kung Fu Panda.

He could be based around kung fu style fighting for top lane and jungle. His ulti could be the Wushi Finger hold.

This is just an idea but think about it.
