Which Rammus skin to get

I got Rammus and like my other 36 champions I am getting a skin for him however I am not sure whether to get full metal or GOTS. GOTS has a cool model and recall but it doesn't have as many effects as full metal however the full metal model seems a bit dull and looks like it could get boring.
