Alan, the Tortured Soldier

Hello! This is (I believe) is my first male creation. As usual, they are from Noxus. I don't really know why. I hope you enjoy.

Unlike the famed soldier, Urgot, Alan was not a war hero. He was a traitor of several wars between Noxus and its rivals. Instead of being sent to execution, he was sentenced to life in Pididly's labs. He was to become Pididly's personal test dummy for the rest of his life.

Through several days of torture and grief, Alan was eventually powered beyond that of the common soldier. Pididly's experiment led to a creation more monstrous than he would ever have dreamed of creating. He was not a mage when he went into the labs, but when he emerged, he emerged more powerful than ever before.

In his blood now swelled the powers of the essence of storms. This new found power mixed with his undying hatred created a godlike man from a tortured soldier. Now, he hunts night and day for anyone associated with the Empire of Noxus, ready for his chance to strike it deep and watch it fall.

(Allies)

Azir because he feels that Azir was betrayed as he was betrayed. Alan had reasons to do what he did. He joined forces with Azir because he felt that the two of them were betrayed.

Kayle because he feels that Kayle is tasked with something that shouldn't be left to her. While Morgana is her sister, she is also a very powerful mage. Alan joined forces with her to help her take Morgana down.

(Enemies)

Urgot, well because Alan is ultimately jealous of the fame that Urgot as acquired.

Morgana, because she is the arch-rival and a living creation of evil.

Abilities (as usual names are listed below)

Passive: Alan automatically gains Magic Resist and Armor has he levels up.

Q - Alan dashes forwards, blades extended, and slices foes with electric blades.

W- Alan slams the ground with his blades, crippling it was electric shocks that kick up and stun enemies.

E- Alan throws his blades at enemies, dealing electric damage and slowing them.

R - Alan conjures a storm of rain and thunder that electrocutes enemies, dealing massive damage that can critical on impact.

Passive: The Tortured Blessing Q: Electric Slash W: Grand Slam E: Lighting Blade R: The Final Storm

Stats:

Health: 590.56 ( + 87.2 per level) Health Regen: 7.012 (+ .7 per level) Attack Damage: 56.5 ( +4 per level) Attack Speed: .655 (+ 2.5% per level) Armor: 28.55 (+3.5 per level) Magic Resist 30 (+0) - Note: these are his per level upgrades. I did not include the bonus of his passive. The passive is below.

Alan gains an additional 1.5 to his armor total. His magic resist raises by 2.5 from his passive.

Look:

His hair is trimmed very thin. He has dark, sparkling eyes that hold the rage of a storm within. He wears a mixture of flashing silver armor pieces along with a worn leather chestguard underneath. His legs are covered with a pair of dark leather pants. He also has leather boots that are adorned with shining silver pieces. (This idea is based off Urgot. I wanted them to have similar yet uniquely different appearances. Mainly because they were both "created" by the same man.)
