A champ inspired off touhou (I've designed quite a few champs based off other games)

AA range-200 Can go AD or AP Optimal mid lane, can go top lane or jungle.

Passive-Three tiered Embellishment Magic-Upon hitting an enemy champion with a spell, Marisa gains one stack of her passive. Upon hitting three stacks, Marisa's next non-ultimate ability will have doubled effectiveness.

Q-Witching Blast-Marisa fires a huge blast of magic from her broom, dealing up to 100/150/200/250/300 (+1.3 AP) AOE magic damage based on how far the blast traveled. It gains speed when traveling and upon traveling 500 units will also slow enemies by 25% for 2 seconds Range-750 Mana-100 CD-16/14/12/10/8

W-Witch Ley Line-Marisa charges forward on her broom, dealing 15/30/45/60/75 (+1.0 AD)(+0.9 AP) physical damage to all units she passes through, knocking them aside. If she hits a champion, she will knock the surrounding enemy units up and stop her charge. Her charge speed increases with her movement speed Charge speed-600/900/1200/1500/1800 (+7 per bonus MS) Mana-75 CD-22/19/16/13/10

E-Millisecond Pulsar-Marisa knocks back all enemy champions from her with a laser burst, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+0.8 AP) magic damage. If she only hits non-champions then the cooldown is reduced by 70% Knockback distance-600 Mana-80 CD-12

R-Master Spark-Marisa unleashes her ultimate laser weapon. She fires a huge beam of light energy that gradually expands into a cone throughout its duration. Enemies caught in the beam are slowed, silenced and blinded for 2 seconds. The beam deals 250/475/700 (+2.0 AP)(+1.2 AD) true damage over 4 seconds. It deals 5 ticks of damage per second, and each tick shreds the enemy's magic resistance by 2%. Upon completing the channel for Master Spark, Marisa is silenced and blinded for 5 seconds.
