[Rework Concept] Vi, the HexFist Enforcer

Passive - Shrapnel Shield: Whenever Vi breaks an enemy shield or armor, she gains a shield.

Q - Vault Breaker - First Cast: Vi channels for up to 4 seconds, increasing Vault Breaker's range, speed, and damage over 1.25 seconds. Vi can still move while channeling but is pacified and slowed.

  • Second Cast: Vi dashes in the target direction, dealing physical damage to all enemies she passes through, increased by the channel time. Vi stops upon colliding with an enemy champion, knocking them back slightly. Enemies with shredded armor from Denting Blows has any shield they have popped. Any temporary wall is destroyed when Vi passes over it.

W - Square Up - Hold: Vi is slowed, silenced, and disarmed, as she enters a ready stance. After a short pause, Vi will start to throw punches in front of her, consuming mana with each fist thrown, which deals physical damage, and applying on hit effects to enemies in a cone in front of her. The longer this ability remains active, the faster she punches.

  • MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE!: Once her fist reach their top speed she overclocks her fists, causing them to appear like blurs as she throws a flurry of punches. She will also punch away enemy projectiles that pass through the cone in front of her. (Bonus attack speed decreases the time needed to reach MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE!)

E - Denting Blows - Passive: Vi's basic attacks and Vault Breaker apply Denting Blows to enemies hit, stacking up to 3 times. At 3 Denting Blows, the stacks are consumed, they are deal bonus physical damage, and any shield they have is popped. The enemy target then has their armor reduced for several seconds. The cooldown of Excessive Violence is decreased greatly for each enemy with shredded armor from Denting Blows.

  • Excessive Violence: Vi can dash a short distance to target enemies who's armor has been shredded by Denting Blows, dealing bonus damage to the target and in a cone behind them, knocking them back slightly, and the duration of Denting Blows is refreshed.

R - Assault and Battery: Vi points at a target enemy champion, causing them to flee for 1 second. For the next few seconds Vi is not slowed by her own abilities, instead, she will gain bonus movement speed when moving towards the target enemy champion. Vault Breaker will cause Vi to knock the enemy into the air.
