This is my first try so bare with me, and i think ive given quite a few good ideas here.

Role: Mage support. Attack Range: Ranged Second bar: mana Abilities:

Passive: Puppeteer - When an enemy champion is affected with any spell they deal 20% less damage to ally's. Ka also steals 10% of all their movement speed.

Q: Strings - Attaches a string to a target dealing damage if its an enemy. Passive: When cast on a target they are marked with strings enhancing Ka's other abilities. Strings remain on the target until the target leaves the area. If cast on an enemy it deals damage and grants sight. If cats on an ally it makrs them with strings and grants movement speed for 2 seconds.

Cast Range 1000 Damage 80/100/120/140/160 (+ 0.7 bonus AP) Cooldown 5/5/5/5/5 sec Mana Cost 40/40/40/40/40 Slow/Speed 20%/30%/40%/50%/60%

W: Pull! - Ka Pulls on the target currently affected with strings.

If an enemy is selected they are thrown a chosen short distance and are slowed. If they collide with a wall or champions they are both stunned in place for 1 second.

If an ally is selected they are thrown a chosen short distance and gain movement speed for 1 second after they land.

Cast Range 1200 Damage 100/130/160/205/265 (+0.35 bonus AP) Slow/Speed 20%/20%/20%/20%/20% Cooldown 8/7/6/5/4 sec Mana Cost 60/65/70/75/80

E: Tangle Ka lashes out with his strings dealing damage to enemies in the area He gains a shield based on the amount of targets hit, lasts for 4 seconds If strings is cast on an ally while Ka whips, the ally also gains a shield of half Ka's shield value for 4 seconds.

cast range: 400 Damage 50/70/90/110/130/(+1.0 bonus AD)(+0.5 bonus AP) magic damage shield per enemy /80/90/100/110/120/(+.8 bonus AP) Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 mana:40/45/50/55/60

R: Dance for me! Forces all enemies in the area to switch their next ability or auto attacks target to the last target of strings dealing 30% increased damage. If the last target was an ally the damage is converted into a shield. Havoc lasts for 5 seconds or until an ability is used. After 5 seconds enemies affected are dealt damage.

Damage: 250/300/350(+0.5 bonus AP) Cast Range: 1500 Cooldown:120 mana:120/110/100

Laning

Mid

Ka is a lane bully early game with his low cooldowns. But he gets harder to fight him at level 3 with his Q W E combo he is very difficult to escape. lets expand on that. His Q marks you with strings, then he can throw you towards him and cast tangle to block burst damage from retaliation. His kit allows you to push lane without the worry of ganks, when you see them approch combo Q to mark, then use W to push them back to a save distance while you retreat back.

During teamfights you want to be in the back and let your team mates initiate, once they do cast your q on a tank and ult when in range, since you selected their tank their own ADC can melt their own player and the mage will finish them off. leaving squishy target to clean up. Should you have less people than their group mark your ADC with Q and then have them initiate while you ult. giving them a massive health buffer and time to deal damage long enough for you to pull them out again with W.

Support As a support you generally want to keep a mark on your partner so you can use W to pull them out if they get caught out or about to die. Don't forget you can cast Q on them again to gain the movement speed for a quick follow up or retreat. During lane you can use the Q W combo to throw them into your turret so your ADC can pick up an easy kill. Towards late game you want to focus on controlling your enemies position, try to get them behind you so their support is cut off to assist them.

This sounds really similar to some of the other champion concepts I've seen, this "pupeteer" concept isn't that rare.
