Custom HUD

Hello everyone, I've seen lately some players on youtube, twitch etc using some custom HUD in their games so I decided to try it out, I haven't installed any yet but I was wondering, since I won't be banned or punished in any way if I can proceed safely. I did read what riot said about it and all that "grey area" and "do it at your own risk" kind of things but I'd like to have an answer by whoever is actually using them in their client and from riot about this. It doesn't give any advantage to the player and I don't think is bannable honestly but its their game and they can do whatever they want with it so to be sure I'd like to have an answer by riot and players who is actually using these custom features and which program should I use to prevent any punishment. I've been through many things with riot and I used them before but since I haven't used them for years I don't know if any rule changed. Thank you for your attention

PS: I can't log in on league support, when I log-in it put me back to the previous page and won't accept my login even if the data are correct. Idk if its a bug or something so I decided to post it here instead of send a ticket
