Arcade Bard skin concept

Hello, hello~

So I haven't put the most thought to this, it just randomly came to me before my nap earlier today, but I realized that Bard has literally one of the best potentials for an Arcade skin. :o

The main two things I changed in my mind are his W (which are his healing pod thingys) and his ult. :33

The W's, obviously, we can change into little pixel hearts or a type of Life Up symbol. Something very Arcade-y and classic that refers to healing.

For Bard's ult (and this is the fun part), any champion hit by it could have their champion's texture temporarily changed to a pixel image of the champion. Much like Lulu's W, it would only last the duration of ult, everything would return normal after. Just an example, but something simple like: http://i.imgur.com/oxxMVPJ.png

The E, Bard's Magical Journey, could easily be made arcade themed. It's a tunnel, so not too creative you can really get there. (And I think a giant green pipe would be a little too obvious for a reference sadly.)

Bard's Q, much like his E, can't really be gotten too creative with? I don't know; at least my mind isn't coming up with anything. So just arcade theme it I guess.

And lastly, Bard's chimes and meeps; honestly, I forgot about these two while thinking this all over, so I have nothing in mind for them.

As I stated, this is a very basic skin idea I had before a nap, so if anyone has anything to add or change about this, please feel free to in the comments or whatever. I just thought of this skin idea and was like, "Wow, that is really fun! I wouldn't mind putting RP towards that if it existed." Mostly that ult idea though is golden. Since champions basically still-frame when it hits them, replacing their current position with a little pixel art champion would be great. x3
