I think that riot should create a new champ. Zoe is a new champ and one of her abilities is using some spells that pop out on the map. I think that riot should create a champ, where the new champs's q is sort of like kirbee's ability from super smash bros. Where their q is a skill shot that if makes contact deals little damage amd will steal that champs q for 1 use. If it hits a friendly champ it should heal for a little and use their q
