EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT! INFAMOUS DUO OUTSMARTS PILTOVER LAW FORCE ONCE AGAIN & GETS AWAY WITH $10,000,000 IN GOLD! Since Jinx is an Anarchist that reeks havoc in Piltover I thought it would be cool to bring in another criminal to Piltover. Since Jinx & Vi seem to have the better rivalry without Caitlyn I figured it would be good if we give her own personal enemy criminal or criminals. So I created Flynt & Miranda, the Infamous Duo.

Health: 394(+31). Health Regen.: 2.1(+0.38) Mana: 288(+30). Mana Regen.: 2.0(+0.37) Attack Range: 520(Range). Attack Damage: 51(+3.1) Armor: 14(+2.1). Magic Res.: 30(+0) Attack Speed: 0.630(+2.2%). Move. Speed: 342.

Appearance: both Flynt & Miranda are Caucasian. Flynt has short brown hair with a small braid by his left ear, both his eyes are hazelnut. Flynt wears a black dark grey short-cut suit jacket (button up) & pants, he wears a black glove on his right hand with his & Miranda's logo on it (a heart with a bullet in the middle), he also wears a grey fedora & small scarf around his neck. His weapon is a hand-cannon revolver. Miranda has long silver hair & her left eye is blue while her right eye is silver. Miranda wears a black black dress (stops just above her ankles) that shows the majority of her right leg, she also wears a short-cut jacket (left open) & finally shears a small sash around her neck covering the lower half of her face. Her weapon is a Tommy Gun.

Passive: An Unbeatable Pair. Depending which of the duo that the Player is currently controlling they will have their own personal Passive, activating either the Q or W Ability will change the active pair member the Player is currently using. But after switching to a different character this Passive will go on a 16 second Cool Down: Flynt: Gain 12% increased Movement Speed & has 15% Tenacity. Miranda: 25% increased Attack Speed & Auto-Attacks apply a 3% Armor Shred that caps out at 5 stacks & last for 1.25 seconds, continued Basic Attacks on the same target will Refresh the duration of the Armor Shred.

Q-Ability: Charisma. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Critical Chance: 15/20/25/30/35%. Activate: after Flynt has activated this Ability he will show just how charming he is, after the initial activation Flynt gains 10% Damage Reduction & a percentage of Critical Chance on his Auto-Attacks dealing 100% Critical Damage for the next 4 seconds. Until the duration of this Ability has ended this Ability will not go on Cool Down. If the Player is currently controlling Miranda & then uses this Ability while An Unstoppable Pair is off Cool Down then the Player will take control of Flynt.

W-Ability: Captivating Sight. Range: 450. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Magic Damage: 40/60/80/100/120(+40% bonus AP). Activate: after Miranda has chosen a 155-radius within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Miranda flaunt her beauty to the enemies in the targeted area, after the initial activation Miranda shows how beautiful she is to any enemies within the chosen radius dealing Magic Damage to all enemies inside the radius while also Stunning all affected enemy Champions & Monsters for 1.25 seconds. If the Player is currently controlling Flynt & then uses this Ability while An Unstoppable Pair is off Cool Down then the Player will take control of Miranda.

E-Ability: Getaway Plan. Range: 450. Cool Down: 22/20/18/16/14. Cost: 100. Physical Damage: 30/40/50/60/70(+50% bonus AD). Activate: after Flynt or Miranda has chosen a narrow liner path with this Ability then upon its activation the active pair member will ready the duo’s motorcycle, after the initial activation the active pair member will drive down the chosen path on the motorcycle going over Walls & Terrain. While the active pair member is driving the motorcycle the other pair member will be in the side-car standing up, when an enemy is within 175-radius of the motorcycle the other pair member will fire their respective gun at the target dealing Physical Damage to enemy target every 0.5 seconds that enemy stays within the radius.

R-Ability: Tag Team. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 90/70/50. Cost: 120. Additional Physical Damage: 40/60/80(+50% bonus AD). Passive: every 7.25 seconds when either Flynt or Miranda makes an Auto-Attack the other pair member will appear to shoot at the same target dealing 3.5% of the targets Max HP as Physical Damage. Activate: after Flynt or Miranda has activated this Ability the other pair member will join the active member on the Battlefield, for the next 12 seconds after the initial activation both Flynt & Miranda will remain together. While this Ability is active the Pair gains both effects from their Main Passive & all their Auto-Attacks will have the second pair member shot at the same target letting the pairs Basic Attacks deal additional Physical Damage on hit.
