Kazuma, Master of Gun and Blade

So I thought about it for a while. Lets try to make a champion. I thought long and hard for a kit so overloaded, that it blew Yasuos and Camilles out of the water. Now i have some lore for him, but i feel like its all over the place and so far im trying to get feedback from people, which makes everything about Kazuma a Work in Progress. I'm not good at drawing so no art. Im just going to post his stats and kit. And if any one looks at this let me know what you think.

Note: this character is meant to be over complicated, overloaded and i feel like he needs tweaking. I would love your suggestions and insight. If Riot ever looks at this, thank you for noticing me.

Kazuma - The Master of Gun & Blade

Base stats from 1-18 Level 1 HP: 450 Level 18 HP: 1600 Mana level 1: 350 Mana level 18: 1300 Base armour: 15 Base Magic Resist: 30 Level 1 AD: 70 Level 18 AD: 120 Level 1 AP: 50 Level 18 AP: 100

Passive - "The Chosen One": Start with your Ultimate. Activating your Ultimate gives you a 20% movement speed increase for 2 seconds. (30 sec CD) Activating your Ultimate during cool down resets cool down on Passive but no buffs.

Stats: 20% movement buff at all levels 30-12 second CoolDown (each level up from 1-18 the CoolDown of passive goes down 1 second) Activating skill before CoolDown is over, resets CoolDown to 0.

Q - "Crippling Shot" & "Fatal Slash"

Fatal Slash: On hit effect that causes bleeding for 2 seconds. Deals 45 AD (+40%AD scaling at level 1). (12.5 CD)

Stats: 45/55/65/75/80 damage 45%/46%/47%/48%/50% scaling 12.5/11.5/10.5/9.5/8.5 CoolDown 35/45/55/65/75 mana cost

Crippling shot: Point and Click ability that slows and has 15 magic penetration (at level 5). Deals 50 AP(scaling with 15% of your AP) Slow is active for 2 seconds at level 5 and is a 20% slow. (12.5 CD)

Stats: 150/175/200/225/250 Range +5/+0/+5/+0/+5 Magic Penetration 30/35/40/45/50 AP Damage 12.5/10/8.5/6/4.5 CoolDown 20% slow, at all levels 20/30/40/50/60 mana cost

W - "Agility" & "Life Strike"

Life Strike: Skill shot, when hit, you recover 5% of your health (scales with 20% of AD) Removes 2% of Targets health and turn it into your own. (7% health stolen in total) (4 sec CD)

Stats: 50 units range, at all levels 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% life steal 20% scaling, at all levels 1.2%/1.4%/1.6%/1.8%/2.0% Health removal 8/7/6/5/4 CoolDown 60/70/80/90/100 mana cost

Passive: Provides 5% lifesteal in dual blade form at level 5

Stats: 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% life steal

Agility: Dash towards pointer. Scales with 10% of movement speed. If enemy is spotted on screen through fog of war, gain 25% more critical chance and -0.5 to your critical damage multiplier for 5 seconds. (8 second CD)

Stats: Slightly bigger range than Vaynes roll, slightly shorter range than Lucians sidestep. 5%/6.5%/8%/9.5%/10% MS Scaling 25% critical chance gain, at all levels -0.5 to critical multiplier, all levels 12/11/10/9/8 CoolDown 20/30/40/50/60 mana cost

Passive: In gun form gain +15% movement speed until you switch to Dual Blade. Coming out of Gun form increases movement by 5% more (20% in total) for 2 seconds.

Stats: +15% MS, at all levels 5% MS increase, at all levels 2 seconds, at all levels

E - "GunFu" & "Red Mist Burst"

GunFu: Activating this skill grants bonus attack speed by 10%. Scales with 5% of AP. Lasts for 1 second. (7 second CD)

Stats: 5%/6.5%/8%/9.5%/10% increase to AS 1%/2%/3%/4%/5% AP scaling 1 sec, for all levels 11/10/9/8/7 CoolDown 40/60/80/100/120 mana cost

Passive: In Gun form, you have increased attack speed (10% at level 5) Enemies killed with this skill activated gives you 0.2% permanent attack speed and movement speed.

Stats: 6%/7%/8%/9%/10% attack speed Permanent gain (0.2%), at all levels

Red Mist Burst: Activate this skill multiple times and perform a combo of cross slashes. Second hit stuns the enemy hit for 0.5 seconds. First hit does 50 true damage (scaling with 10% of AD), Second hit of combo does 80 true damage (with 20% of AD scaling), Third hit does 100 AD damage with 100 lethality and 50 Magic Penetration (Scales with 50% of AP. Does half of the damage if the enemy is lower health then you, if the enemy is above your health you steal some of there life, 1% per hit.) (3 Second CD at level 5)

Stats: 30/35/40/45/50 1st hit true damage 10% AD scaling, all levels 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5, 2nd hit stun timer 40/50/60/70/80, 2nd hit true damage 20% AD scaling at all levels 60/70/80/90/100 3rd hit true damage 20/40/60/80/100 3rd hit lethality 10/20/30/40/50 3rd hit magic penetration 0.1, cast time at all levels 1st hit 0.2, cast time at all levels 2nd hit 0.5, cast time at all levels 3rd hit Half damage at all levels 1% life steal at all levels 7/6/5/4/3 CoolDown 30/35/40/45/50 1st hit mana cost 50/60/70/80/90 2nd hit mana cost 70/75/80/85/90 3rd hit mana cost

Passive: In Dual Blade form you gain Excalibers prowess. This gives you 10% more AD and Attack speed in sword form at the cost of 20% less health at level 5. With each enemy killed with this enemy you gain a permanent 1% of critical chance in Dual blade form only.

Stats: 6%/7%/8%/9%/10% AD and AS 5%/10%/15%/20%/20% less health 1% permanent gain, at all levels

R - "Master of Gun" & "Master of Blade"

Master of Gun: When in this mode you become a ranged assassin. Basic attacks at level one deal a flat 50 AP. The range is 150 units. (About the range of Lucian) You hold dual pistols which have a 5% faster attack speed than your Blade counterpart. Damage does not increase the more AP you have. At level 4, your basic attacks deal a flat 200 damage.

Stats: 150\155\160\165 range 5%/7%/9%/10% Attack speed/ AS 50/100/150/200 Auto damage 20/19/18/17 CoolDown

Passive: When activating Q or E your auto attacks deal there flat damage plus a 100% scaling damage boost from your AP for 5 seconds. When activated again the passive comes back.

25%/50%/75%/100% AP scaling 2/3/4/5 seconds active

Master of Blade: When in this mode you are a short range duelist. Wield Dual blades. Basic attacks deal a flat 60 damage at level 1. The range of the auto attack is 30 units. The auto attacks do not scale with AD. At level 4 auto attacks deal 260 AD.

Stats: 60/140/200/260 auto damage 30 units at all levels 20/19/18/17 CoolDown

Passive: When activating Q or W, your autos deal there flat damage plus a bonus 50% scaling from there AD and Remove 0.5 of the multiplier of the critical damage.

Stats: 20%/30%/40%/50% AD scaling -0.5 critical damage multiplier at all levels

Hidden R - Master of Gun and Blade

Master of Gun and Blade: When R is at level 4, hold down R to switch to Master mode. You wield a gun in left hand and blade in your right. This mode can be switched out of and has the same cool down as both ultimates (17 seconds) To switch out of it, hold R again to return to your last form. You gain the knowledge of Zed, Master Yi, and Lucian. You become 25% more agile, decrease in base AD & AP by 30%, your basic attacks become a hybrid. If you are in melee range you deal 100% critical chance and 2.5 critical damage once every 3 seconds. If target is within 150 units you use your gun. This deals 200 AP, scaling with 50% of your AP. You gain a four hit passive with both weapons and your Q changes. With ever second of you being in this mode, every 3 seconds 20 health is removed from your health pool.

Passive: "Weapon Proficiency" - W & E are disabled with the addition of 2 passives.

Weapon Proficiency melee: Wuju - every 4 hits you deal one more hit that does 50% of the damage of your auto before this one.

Weapon Proficiency projectile: LightSlinger - every four shots or Q is used, shoots twice in rapid succession. Deal 50% of the damage of the auto before this one.

Q - "Alpha Slash"

Alpha Slash: Skill shot, Kazuma throws his sword and if it hits a target he teleports to that enemy encompassing the enemy targeted with blue flames which deal 5% of there health over 5 seconds. Before teleporting to the enemy, he shoots a charged shot at the enemy. This charged shot has two effects. If the enemy has more base health than Kazuma, Kazuma teleports to the enemy and stuns them for 2.5 seconds, however, Kazuma cannot attack that target. If the enemy has a base health below Kazuma he teleports to the target and can perform an execution move at the cost of 500 health bringing the enemy down to his own health. If Q is not activated again for this, Kazuma can attack this target with his melee. (30 second CD)

Stats: 1 second cast time 30 second CoolDown 150 mana cost

How it works: Press Q to cast a skill shot, if skill shot is hit, teleport to target hit. Press Q again to stun target hit (if there health is over), press Q again to remove 500 of own health and bring targets health down to own before the removal of own health.

Passive: Light and Dark - Kazuma is highlighted in blue, takes 5% more damage and deals 10% more damage. When Q is activated this passive is removed for 3 seconds. When this passive is removed Kazuma moves slower from exhaustion (-50%) has blue flames circling him. When it comes back up he moves (80%) quicker for 5 seconds. Decaying over time.

Notes: had no idea where to put this. I feel like his passive is already quite up there so i leave this up to the community.

the stat lifesteal is 75% reduced if they come from items.

Infinity edges stat of more critical damage is reduced from 50% to 20%.

CoolDown reduction is 5% less effective.

Health regeneration is 10% more effective

Lethality is 50% less effective

When 100% critical, when an ability that gives increased critical chance, it overlaps and can deal 3.0 critical damage. The CoolDown on this is 60 seconds

The CoolDown reduction translates to mana cost. The more CDR you have the less mana cost heavy are abilities.

Attack speed stats from items are 90% less effective

Critical chance in gun form translates to having an AD and AP damage number. For example: if 100% critical you deal 100 AD in gun form. However if critical damage multiplier is slashed to 1.5 you deal 75. If increased to 1.7 or 2.5 you deal 80 and 150 AD. At all levels

The more movement speed, the less accurate your gun shots are. Similar to Fiora, with Vitals. In this case its miss and hit. Stay still to have 100% accuracy, kite to have 75% accuracy.

The more AP you have translates to 10% of that AP turns into AD, the more AD you have 10% of that AD turns into AP.
