Rank for AFK

Every time I'm in silver 2 I have players quit the game and then I lose my rank. Also, wining 2 games is = to losing one. this game is not fair as we have to lose points for quitter and feeder we need to solve this Rank issues Riot Also why not to reduce the point lose for the carry during the game if they lose so the game become more compatitive ?
