Voralen is a Lhotlan (not sure if I spelled it right if not please correct me) who was born long ago. He became curious of the world outside, so he snuck away from his tribe. He stowed away on a ship to Valoran, and he was curious of the humans who lived on the decks above. When he got to Valoran he could hear a calling. Like a beacon of raw magical power. He followed the call across the deserts of Shurima to a mountain known as mount Targon. He could feel raw magic flowing all around him. So he followed the magic to a place near the top of the mountain. Being a powerful Vastaya (this takes place before the humans started taking Vastayan land) the raw magic around him changed him. His wings glowed with divine light and he felt the magic coursing through him. For several centuries he lived near the peak, until he heard of an invasion of Ionia, then he hurried home to fight of the invasion. When he got home he saw his much of the land that was once part of the Lhotlan tribelands was now inhabited by humans. So now he is desperately trying to stop the humans and Vastaya from engaging in all out war.

In game Voralen is a mage who uses agility to outmaneuver other mages. I picture him to have one large wing and another that is far smaller, he is blonde and wears simple white trousers and a loose white shirt with golden accents.

Attack range: 400 attack type: ranged

Passive: Blessing of Luminescence Upon taking damage that would bring Voralen under 35% health he gains invulnerability for 0.5 seconds as well as 10-80(levels 1-18)+(40% ability power) movement speed that decays over the next 2 seconds. cooldown: 100-65(levels 1-18)

Q: Calling of Light After a delay of 0.5 seconds Voralen calls magic upon a target location, dealing 80/120/160/200/240+(70% ability power) damage to all enemies in the target location. During the delay Voralen can cast his other abilities. range: 650 target area radius:100 cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8

W: Lhotlan Gift Voralen uses his wings to fly forward 550 units, at the start of the dash he flings a projectile of magic towards cursor (he will fly forward regardless of where you cast it). This projectile deals 60/90/120/150/180+(45% ability power) damage to the first enemy hit. If he cast this in front of him he will deal the same damage, except he will deal it to all enemies he dashes through. projectile range: 550 cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12

E: Illuminating Burst After a delay of 0.25 seconds Voralen blasts the area around him with light, healing himself for 30/50/70/90/110+(25% ability power) health and dealing 50/80/110/140/170+(40% ability power) damage to all enemies nearby. damage radius: 300 cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16

R: Targonian Battering Voralen calls down light from the sky on a target location after a delay of 0.5 seconds, dealing 100/150/200+(40% ability power). After 1 second Voralen can cast this again. After another second (third cast) he will fly to the target location slamming the area with light magic, dealing 150/300/450+(50% ability power) damage. note: the delay for the third cast is 1 second instead of 0.5 seconds. cooldown: 160/130/100 range: 1000

Gameplay Note: While making this concept I realized that Voralen had an effective combo in his basic kit To do this combo you would have to be facing the enemy and would have to start at a maximum of 550 units away. Q+W(cast it at enemy)+E+electrocute. At level 18 this would deal 710+(180% ability power) damage.

Pros: High damage decent mobility bits of sustain

Cons Low range in basic kit Squishy Long Early game cooldowns
