So I have wanted a superhero champion for ages and I keep trying to get a little attention from Riot to maybe consider doing so. Now I know these posts don't mean much to Riot as they are a multi million dollar company and have to put the game ahead of the individual player for the sake of everyone who loves the game, but I will keep trying. I hope you enjoy the concept and leave useful advise to help propel my ideas.

Short description:

Only the souls of those who have walked the path alone, have learned true strength. Since his birth in the heart of an imploding black hole, Nero has had to fend for himself. An orphan trapped in the vast nothingness of space, Nero was forced to learn to adapt and conquer himself, and his surrounding. In doing so he has acquired powers which shake the core of existence. He has left the anti-matter sun of his birth and chosen to walk a path that has cursed him. All he has met is poisoned with his non existence. Having been born in a black hole he is made of anti matter. His interaction with anything outside that property eventually leads to ruin.

He flies, he does not walk. This would be my ideal version. Many flying humanoids in league are very badly made and don't really fly, but float, like syndra or malzahar, as opposed to Aurelion Sol who works it.

Passive: Basic Attacks grant him 3.5% Attack Speed for 2s. This can stack up to 4 times, for a total of 14% Attack Speed. When he has full stacks, his basic attacks adds Anti-Matter

Anti-Mater deal an additional 50 (+1 stack per 50 ad) True Damage, which bypasses armor.

Damage: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200

Attack Speed: 3.5% / 4.5% / 5.5% / 6.5%.

Q: Punches gain 2 stacks extra damage. Apply on hit effects. Can be used independently but have a cast time of 3 seconds. The target that is hit with this is tagged with Forced gravity. He lands his first Q on an opponent which adds forced gravity, if he click q again in the next 3 seconds the tagged opponent is pulled into him and hit again.

forced gravity: 3s/5s/7s/9s Damage: 150 / 250/ 350 / 400 + 50% Bonus Attack Damage Cooldown: 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5

W: Dash at enemies using forced anti-gravity and picks them up, then throw them in any direct, sending them flying. Can also pick up an ally, when he does he gains a 5% speed boost stack, up to 20%, for a quick rescue. Can also blink dash to any knocked up enemy, the closest one, to catch them.

E. Silent void is a move which casts a shield around any enemies that have hit or been hit by Nero in the last 5 seconds which leave the champion untouchable in a sphere and also silences them. The trapped opponents can still cast spells and and run and use any escapes that don't cause damage. Takes 2% of enemies overall health when the shield shatters and gives Nero a shield if his hp is near full and if not it just heals him.

shield duration: 2%/3%/4%/5%

R: He grabs his target and dashes with them. He is immune to cc for the duration. When the dash ends, his target is dealt 175 Attack Damage and Knocked Down for 1s.

Any enemies struck by him, while dashing with an enemy, are dealt 85 Attack Damage and are Knocked Up for 1s.

Damage: 175 / 265 / 355 / 445 + 80% Bonus Attack Damage Collision Damage: 85 / 130 / 175 / 220 + 40% Bonus Attack Damage Cooldown: 100 / 75 / 60 / 50
