Skins for neutral monsters

Hi everyone !

First off, I want to say that I don't know if this idea has already been suggested.

In my opinion, the community created a lot of "community skins" and "map skins" ; however they are forbidden by Riot Games. We all love to have skins on our favourites champions, so what about having skins for Nashor, drakes, red & blue buffs, JEAN-MICHEL CRAPAUD, towers, etc.

That would be another way to customize the game (and to make money eks dee) !
