O'taka is a medium with the dead and has dabbled in black magic, earning him the name hex master. He has been known for concocting deadly curses and summoning the dead to fight for those who pay a hefty price. A champion that deals more damage the stronger his opponents get and a counter to poke heavy opponents. As the damage he sustains can be used against his opponents.

Passive: Vengeful spirit - after taking damage, for the next 2 seconds any damage taken is stored as vengeful spirit. On O'taka's next basic attack, he releases the vengeful spirit dealing 40% of the damage incurred as true damage. Cooldown is 10 seconds after a vengeful spirit is released. Q: Spiritwalk - O'taka enters a spiritual form and dashes forward, ignoring all damage for 1 second. Can dash through terrain. W: Raise The Dead - Enemy minions leave behind essence of the dead. O'taka can summon an undead soldier that gains health the more essence he collects. Only 1 soldier can be out at a time. Maximum of 10 essence. E: Doppelganger - O'taka creates a puppet of himself that takes any damage that would have been inflicted in his place while O'taka jumps back. The puppet can block projectiles. Doppelganger refreshes Vengeful Spirit's cooldown and Vengeful spirit can be collected by damage sustained by the puppet. Doppelganger lasts 2 seconds. R: Mind Control - O'taka channels a link on a selected enemy champion for 2 seconds. If the channeling is not interrupted by crowd control, O'taka can control that enemy champion for 2 seconds including that champion's spells. A mind controlled champion can attack O'taka's enemies. Mind Controlled champions can be set free by attacking O'taka.

O'taka is a melee champion who doesn't need to build damage to deal damage. As long as he is taking damage, he will deal decent damage. O'taka excels against poke heavy opponents as he can poke back by closing the gap with spirit walk, autoattacking and disengaging with Doppelganger, ready to strike again if his Doppelganger can collect the vengeful spirit bonus. Spirit walk works like Shen's Shadow Dash with a short time period before his invulnerability wears off. Raise the Dead is a tool for split pushing as the soldiers get more of a health bonus and attack damage as the skill is leveled up. Doppelganger is a great way to disengage or gap close. It is also all about timing to get the vengeful spirit bonus and negate damage O'taka would have taken in that instance. Mind Control is a difficult ultimate to pull off but with great reward. During the time O'taka is channeling, he cannot move so he will need good peel from his teammates to ensure the lockdown can occur. Once Mind Control is achieved, O'taka can either move the champion toward his team to be locked down and taken out of the fight or inflict more damage on the enemy team. Mind Control's distance is medium range so with enough peel, it could last for the full effect. O'taka is more vulnerable to being interrupted during that time though as just an autoattack on O'taka can break the spell as opposed to crowd control being the only way to break the initial channeling.
