Champion Concept: The Forest Stalker

Lore: An ancient forest spirit said to be the ghost of a murdered traveler. He haunts the wicked who enter his domain At first, you will only see him off in the distance. However, each time you see him he will appear closer and closer until he devours your soul

Concept: He is a jungle assassin. Sort of Slender Man inspired, so he should look a bit similar to that.

Passive: Dealing magic damage to a target inflicts the target with "hysteria" status ailment for a short amount of time. This passive has a per-target cooldown. (Hysteria is similar to nocturne's darkness however it also eliminates vision of all champions (allies and enemies) except for the Forest Stalker).

Q: Silent Scream (skill shot): The Forest Stalker extends his spectral hands and rips off the targets mouth, both silencing and slowing the target for a short amount of time. If fired from a bush, the Forest Stalker will also yank the target to him. This ability can be blocked by minions.

W: Slice and Dice: The forest stalker grows claws giving his auto attacks bonus magic damage for a short amount of time as well as giving him bonus movement speed. Dealing damage with this ability heals him.

E: Forest Dweller: Teleports into target bush (has a medium range) fearing all enemies in an AOE. The Forest Stalker gains an aura dealing magic damage aoe for a short amount of time. (Basic combo would be to E into a bush so that you can reposition for a stronger Q)

R: Death's Grasp: Marks an enemy target with Hysteria before disappearing. After a short amount of time the forest stalker will reappear grabbing the enemy champion and lifting them into the air and draining them for a short amount of time (Roughly 1 second I think). During this time, the forest stalker can use E to teleport into a nearby bush along with his snatched target. He cannot do this if he gets hit with a stun or snare.

A really cool concept! You've really thought this one through with all the combos and stuff. The conditions on the E, the Q, the R, everything works perfectly :D One thing that could be changed is the passive. While it's good for setting up coordinated ganks or invades, it seems both situationally strong and useless. I think allowing the target vision of only his immediate surroundings and his attacker makes more sense, kind of like a moving Graves smokescreen, mostly because this champ has to be in close range anyway to deal damage and can only deal damage from range with Q. With this change, the enemy no longer feels entirely alone every time they get hit by an attack (if he Es into a bush, they should be able to see their friends in the bush at least) but still get that terrifying blackout feeling. At best, this champ terrifies the enemy jungler and turns the jungle into a manifestation of fear. At worst, this champ is Warwick, which is fine in the meta so who cares. I really like the uniqueness of his abilities, the aoe fear, the synergy. I hope to play this champ someday :) Reviewer, away!summoner 4
