New assists & Getting Blue Essence (in future)

I think new blue essence will be preety cool to import in League Of Legends and it will be fast to get champions. But i have totally new look at theese two things. "When i do some tricks with zed or some champ and after 15 seconds jungler goes on the lane and picks up a kill, i dont get assist." New assist will be better if you add it becouse how many damage you deal it have time to assist you . When you go and someone stay on 100 hp and heals back to 100% of hp, you dont get assist. But when you put someone on 100 hp and he heals up to 90 and someone go to kill him, you will get assist becouse you already damaged him and he lost hp from you. This is idea for assists and for getting blue essence like : No more "FIRST WIN OF THE DAY", no, now on every assist you get 5 be, on every kill 8, and on every turret 10 be, if you won the game you get 50 free be, if you loose, you get 30 free. If you are 0/0/0 and already pushed too much and won the game, you get extra be bonus (from 30-50 be) It was my ideas, thanks a lot for viewing this comment :D [slayer-jinx-catface]
