Which Passive would better fit this Stance Based Champion [Question Post]

To simplify it, hes a monk with 3 stances: Air, Earth, and Fire. He might have unique basic attacks or effects but his spells would stay the same "Like Earth might shred armor but Fire deals DoT. A dash is still a dash but applies the armor shred if its earths stance or sets them on fire if in fire stance." His ultimate would be an entirely new ability for each stance.

So which of these passive might work better:

P: Every 7 seconds of being in combat Monk switches stance. He starts in Earth Stance, then changes to Fire Stance, and ends in Air stance. After he has cycled through all stances and ended Air stance he will enter his Serene State. His Serene State lasts for 7 seconds also. Each stance has its own unique special effects. While in any of the Elemental Stances, not Serene State, he will generate 1 charge for every basic attack and 2 for each spell cast. After reaching 5 charges he instantly enter his next stance.

This passive encourages fast combo's and rewards players who can plan out their combo's. His Earth Stance would specialize at wearing down tankier enemies who have most of their health still. The Fire Stance would probably consume some mark the Earth stance applies and specializes in AoE damage. Air Stance focuses on quick movements for either chasing or disengaging after trades/fights. Serene State would grant lifesteal or some kind stat for him to use during this window of weakness mode where he cools down.

P: Every spell cast grants one Serene Charge. After 2 Serene Charges are created the next ability consumes them and changes his stance. If Q consumes the Serene Charges he changes into Air stance, W fire stance, and E earth stance. Stances grant different special effects but the abilities stay the same [A skillshot nuke is a skillshot nuke but maybe Air makes it slow enemies while Earth marks them.]

For abilities I've thought of his Q as some kind of dash that contains a good portion of his damage. His W as he spins his staff in a circle around him and can reactivate for a cone attack. E and ultimate are still in the works. He'd be a top lane bruiser that focuses on damage over defense. Think of GP without the zoning aspect + Fiora combined.

So which passive sounds cooler and is healthier?
