hextech trades

well hello for starters.. im writing to express a good idea.. i think that the rewards that spawn from hextech boxes should be able to be traded with similars from a friend.. for example if i get a skin shard that it costs 975 rp i should be able to trade it with a skin shard that cost 975 rp or less... but i will be able to trade those hextech rewards with someone from my friend list if he/she accepts this " hextech trade request"... so this is it, thanks for your attention!
