Draven Ultimate/Legendary Skin Concept "Fire Mage Draven/ Flame Caster Draven"

I was watching Tyler1 streaming league and he started watching the skin previews for the upcoming High Noon skins. At some point he rambles on about Draven not having any flashy skins. I have thought of a pretty cool Draven skin and it has to do with fire, something Tyler touches on a lot in his little ramble. I was thinking of Draven bieng remade into a sort of fire mage or fire caster, he would have two fireballs or flames in each hand.When he activates his q it would make the flame/fireball start to go in a small circle and maybe change color? When he throws his q, it would throw one of them and then it would bounce back, if he catches it he gets the flame and if he doesn't the flames makes a small burn animation on the ground. Obviously if he has both of his flames/fireballs active they would both spin in circles. An idea i came up with for his w was that upon activation he would transform his look to be indulged in flames for as long as the w lasts. An idea for his e would be him throwing the two fireballs at the enemy but look a little more formed out. His r would make him put his arms up an together then launch a slightly bigger framed fireball towards the direction he aims it at, then it would fall and come back, but it would be like a Malphite q but faster and more fire based, or the fireball would just leave Draven in 2 then combine on the way to its location then split again on its way back, forming itself into one when Draven catches it. For his passive im a little lost, the concept i had for it was too similar to Ez's level up perk. I was thinking the more he milks his passive the more his gear looks costly, and at max he'd be wearing some golden or ruby embedded clothes. This idea doesn't really fit in with this whole Fire mage or Flame caster, but maybe it could somehow fit in. The basic Draven would look shirtless and have some runes or tattoos in his body and also have some wristbands and mage looking pants. Well that's as far as i went with this skin concept maybe you guys could think up something cooler for the abilities or passive. Not sure if this is even possible, but here is hoping.
