Though the backstory is non existent what does everyone think of this character concept?

Name - Muradin The Mage Hunter Role - Mid Basic Attack Range - 200 Units Secondary - Charge Lore - Muradin is a Noble that is a Demacian General with a deep hatred of mages. He wants to execute all mages that exist. Uses a One-Handed Axe, a Shield, and Armor are made out of Petricite. Passive - Magic Ground - .75s-1.5s (Scales based on Muradin's level) after Muradin takes magic damage you become Immune to Magic Damage and his armor absorbs and disperses 70% of the magic damage he would of took in a 300 Unit AoE around him after 2 seconds dealing the damage he would of taken to his enemies as Magic Damage and gain 20% of that damage as Charge. Passive - Magic Ground - CD - 30s (Unaffected by CDR) Q - Petricite Cleave - Muradin slashes his axe in a 350 unit half circle in front of him dealing 70/90/110/130/150(+40% AD) Physical Damage, drains 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% of their current mana and converts it into Charge,and silences them for .5s/1s/1.5s/2s/2.5s Q - Petricite Cleave - CD - 12s/11s/10s/9s/8s
Q - Petricite Cleave - Cost - None W - Petricite Shield - 1st Cast - Muradin raises his shield and blocks the first incoming projectile for .75s/1s/1.25s/1.5s/2s. 2nd Cast - If you blocked a projectile you can recast to jump to the target whose projectile you blocked dealing 70/100/130/160/190(+40% AD) Physical Damage and stunning them for .5s/.75s/1s/1.25s/1.5s also generate 10/15/20/25/30 Charge based on the level of E W - Petricite Shield - CD - 18s/16s/14s/12s/10s W - Petricite Shield - Cost - None E - Magic Conversion - Passive - Whenever your E is not on Cooldown any Magic Damage Muradin takes is converted into Energy (Doesn’t reduce damage taken) Conversion Rate - 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Max Energy - 100/150/200/250/300 E - Magic Conversion - Active - Consume all Charge that you've stored and deal 100/120/140/160/180(+ Energy Stored)(+80% AD) in an 650x200 Unit Beam that penetrates targets (Think something like Xerath Q) E - Magic Conversion - CD - 40s/35s/30s/25s/20s E - Magic Conversion - Cost - All Current Energy Ultimate - Mage Drain - Passive - Gain 3/6/12 Charge Per Second Ultimate - Mage Drain -Active - Muradin uses his axe to pierce an enemy’s body within 200 Units draining 10%/25%/40% of their max mana or if they don't have Mana drain 5%/7.5%/10% of their Max Health(True Damage) from them that you then gain as Charge and then deal 100/250/400(+30% AD)(+50% Mana or 100% Health Drained) Physical Damage Ultimate - Mage Drain - Cooldown - 180s/150s/120s
