Rek'Sai
Im having a difficult time playing against this new champ. she is so quick to gank and is quite tanky while putting out some damage. Any suggestions to a good counter pick and maybe a good way of playing against her.??

Keep an eye out for tunnels near your lane. You can't do anything about ones she makes during a gank, but you can keep your lane clear if you're observant. That will help.
You may have to change up where you ward against her. Because of her tunnel, she can take gank paths that other junglers can't (she's not alone in this, but it's certainly worth noting).
Remember that she has to get underneath you to knock you up. If you can kite back from her, she can't do much. If you have an escape, you can also try and bait out her unburrow, so she just emerges into open air. Don't try this if you have high ping or slow reaction speed, however. :P
When she ganks you, most rek'sais will make a tunnel to gapclose so they can unburrow right under you. However this has a travel time, but they're spamming the unburrow button. So, the second they make the tunnel towards you, walk towards her and you won't be over the tunnel exit any more, so she won't get the knockup on you. Without hard cc and without the bonus MS from being burrowed, you can usually simply walk back to your turret.
Another way that you can stop Rek'Sai from being a pain in the rear is killing her early. If she fails a gank early, or dies early on in the game, she will have a tough time catching up.
