somehting new (loot and transfer from banne accounts with the same email)

Ok i have been wondering and have any of yall been in the following problems

1 you got banned cause someone fed or cause you when too far and was toxic and got reported and BAM perma banned and all the money you spend on skinns is just gone so you eather A make a new account and spend all the money on skinns again or B cry and restart from scrap it would be nice to mail you if you made a new account with the same email to transfer the loot you had to that one and i know ppl who hack accounts can get the loot of their hacked targets and i thought of that already you get a code before you get banned or when you submit you email and you can get the loot of that then make it Always ask for the code so hacker can do anything and the person who has it can claim it next you submit you code and get the lost loot back on you other account (for perma banned accounts only) so that when you sonehow get perma banned you dont lose everything you worked for if for this i only include you skinns rp hystory and loot hystory loot and champs owned the rest can stay emotes icons dont come cause they dont mean muchbut the rest can be transfert to you new account.

2 you opened a chest and got a skinn a friend wanted and you didnt realy care much for and he gets a skinn you cared for alot and you wish you could trade your own loot but nah not a thing it would be somewhat nice to be able to trade with your friends you own loot
