PROGRAM Bard

imagine a white shelled PROGRAM Bard, shooting bolts of energy, creating portals with energy, collecting energy capsuls/batteries with meeps that following that look like Funkeys (avitar like models from an old kids mmo before skylanders were a thing), creating shrines that have a white base and energy that arises from that white base, and an ultimate that has a grid pattern for design when imobilizing a mob of enemies or allies (depending on the context ;] ). this would be a perfect way with bringing Bard into the PROJECT/PROGRAM universe in a really cool way. I am curious on Riot and everyone else's opinion on this skin Idea.
