Idea for a League of Legends application

I'm from the Netherlands, and only play ranked. Since I play better with one of my friends (duo), wouldn't it be cool if there was an application that you could give people in your friendlist a sign that you want to play with them? The person gets a notification on his phone saying: " (...) is online and wants to play League of Legends with you." And you have like two or three easy answers like: "No, I'm busy", "Yes, on my way" or "I will be online in (...) minutes. Curious about your thought!
