Jarvan IV needs a skin and the god weapon theme fits perfectly well!

Following the "god [weapon]" skin theme recently introduced into the game (god fist and god staff ) I think RIOT has a really good opportunity to do 's next skin: God lance Jarvan.

I imagine his lance having a wide bright spike shining in the skin theme's colors and a glorious shape RIOT can really well come up with. His armor would have the same style as jax's and he would also have clothes hanging: maybe as a cape since he is the prince of demacia, or maybe on the sides of his hips. He would also have ornamental traits just like jax: armor rings around his nape and a really cool crown with gemstones.

Abilities: His Q would extend the lance's spike in the form of light just like 's ultimate but more godly and progressive.

His W would bring a light ray blasting from the sky (just like skin's E) and would light up the floor with the skin theme's type of particles (smooth and bright).

His E would be him pointing towards the sky with his open hand, invoking a flag that would fall from a light ray into a stone (sort of like excalibur but the rock being not as big and yellow-ish, lighted by the gods).

Finally his ultimate, cataclysm, would shatter the floor rising light from its cracks up to the sky (just like skin's third hit effect but instead of magma it would be light) and the modified terrain would have levitating pieces of itself over it.

His passive would have a different animation from the rest of his basic attacks which would have their animations changed (the skin would cost 1350 RP).

Also Jarvan IV hasn't had a skin in like 4 years so I think it's time for him to get one!
