Suggestion:make all the skins available for the free champions rotations

as for now the weekly champs rotation is for people to try the champs but why wouldnt you make all the skins of those champs available for the duration of them being free(the free rotation) so people who have the champions already could try the skin and decide which one they like the most before they buy them? :D
