Solomon, The Mercenary

Okay, are you all ready for the most poorly thought out, and unoriginal idea for a champion ever created? The champion I have been thinking about for a while, is Solomon the Mercenary. Okay, here are the skills.

Passive: Full Metal Jacket. Solomon's bullets are coated in a special type of metal that allows easier penetration of the enemy's armor. Flat armor penetration that levels up as you do. At level one, be something low like 5%, then by level eighteen, have it be around 35% armor penetration. However, the downside is that bullets can be blocked by enemy champions that are in the way. Deals extra damage to turrets, and bullets penetrate minions, albeit dealing less damage as they puncture through each person.

Q: Spin up, Active/Deactive ability. Solomon revs up his minigun for around two seconds for an ever repeating attack animation at the cost of movement speed. Movement speed would always be cut in half at all levels, so you can move faster as you move forward in the game. A major point of this ability, is that it is what changes Solomon from a melee mode, to a ranged mode. While in melee mode, Solomon has an attack animation, and a delay between attacks as any other person. Solomon can activate his abilities in their forms without needing to be in one form or the other.

W: Bullet Proof Vest, Passive ability. Solomon wears a bullet (everything) proof vest that gives him passive armor and magic resistance as he levels up. A very small amount mind you, for balance issues. Starts off with something like five-ish armor and magic resistance, but gradually increase to fourty armor, and thirty-five magic resistance at level five.

E: Pull the Pin, long range skillshot. Solomon throws a large concussion grenade that causes enemy's vision to become blurred, (reduced vision) and are slowed. A small amount of magic resistance is also dealt to the enemy. Vision reduction lasts two seconds in the center, one second on the outer edge of the circle at level one, and reduced vision lasts five seconds if in the center, and two and a half for the outside edge. Slow at level one lasts three seconds, and slows for fourty-five percent. At level five, it lasts five seconds and slows for seventy percent. (If you think this is unfair, compare to Nasus.) Magic damage is, at level one, fifty damage, but slowly increases to two hundred-fifty at level five.

R: Bunker Down, Self-Cast/Multi-Target spell. Solomon drops a small concrete bunker from the sky, and enters it. While in the bunker, Solomon revs up his minigun continuously and targets one enemy champion. His gun fires at that one champion as long as it is in range, bullets can be blocked by other teammates however. While in the bunker, Solomon takes 80% reduced damage, but cannot leave. The bunker does have a health bar though, and armor similar to what turrets have. A major point is that the bunker renders armor penetration to half of what it would normally do. However, the cooldown is much like Karthus's ult, and is very long. This necessitates that you only use it when you truly think the situation calls for it. While in the bunker, Solomon has extremely high attack damage, and can turn to both sides of the bunker in order to lock down squishier opponents. This means that an enemy team must destroy the bunker as quickly as possible, while also shielding those who are targeted.

Solomon is a tanky damage per second dealer who does well in situations where he can shoot at enemies from near or far. Most of his abilities require extremely good planning and consideration, but if you simply wish to go in guns blazing, you can do that too. Solomon has a naturally low attack damage, which helps balance out the fact that he doesn't require time between attacks with his Q active. Solomon also has a slow movement speed that makes him prone to ganks. When in Bunker mode, Solomon can dominate the battle field, at least, if his teammates follow him into battle. Lacking any real long time gap closer, Solomon needs to outwit his opponent in order to stay in range long enough to kill them.

Lore: Solomon, is a mercenary. A very high class mercenary, who always gets the job done no matter how dirty. He towers over most of the common people, rivaling other League champions such as Garen for height, and is beefy, if a bit pudgy. Yes, he is a mercenary who is very good at his job. This is why he is wanted for multiple crimes by nearly all the city-states, but also highly sought after by those who wish to also put him away from good. Much of his childhood remains a mystery, but he was thrust into the spotlight, when an entire camp of Demacian troops led by Garen of the Dauntless Vanguard, were found dead with bullet holes in them after they camped on his favorite spot. Only the Might of Demacia was to survive, but he was angered and distraught. This peaked the attention of the Noxian High Command, who found him without trouble and attempted to bring him to the capital building. Solomon then, at that point, asked if he would get paid for whatever he would be doing. The men escorting him told him that he would be paid with the glory of true strength, and would prove to the world that none shall stand about Noxus. Solomon then asked if any real money would be involved, and the answer was no. That same escort was later found to be broken and bruised, with only one surviving the onslaught. He told those who found him what Solomon was, a mercenary, and that he wouldn't do anything without money. After being picked up by Zaun in secret, he was sent to Pilitover to make a certain high ranking scientific individual, "disappear." Disappear was the opposite of what happened, as the man was found dead in his office with all the staff either dying or broken beyond repair. The Zaunite who hired him was furious, and attempted to arrest him. He was also found dead, with his house ransacked and his pocket money gone. Now, Solomon walks the lands, attempting to avoid those who seek to kill him, and meeting those who want his services. Solomon believes that his special service, should be done with a smile. So, he does. But not in a sense of insanity, no. In a sense of actual comedic value that only Solomon seems to understand. Remember, Solomon doesn't think twice if you hold money in your hand, but if you attempt to double-cross him, you might just end up plastered all over the walls.

"I you want my services, let's talk price. If you want my head, let's talk death. Specifically, yours."-Solomon

Rivals: Caitlyn , Garen

I want Solomon to be a top laner, who is good at killing solo targets rather then a whole group. I want to steer him away from being an ADC, hence the fact that his bullets can be blocked by other champions. If you think Solomon is a poorly written character who was literally thought up in a day, and then written about on the boards, you'd be right. I wanted a champion modeled after a certain other videogame character, but I can't think of who.
