Lissandra update idea

Hi. Lissandra main here. We all know that shes not in the best spot right now and is considered to be B - C tier midlaner. Alltho I have quite great results with her so far this season, but only cause I am close to OTP Lissandra player and not much of the players really knows how to play vs her. So I thought of some mini rework fallowing riot attempts and ideas. My idea of these changes is to make her more of a CC - battle mage (think of Anivia) but with more sustained dmg (like Swain) and CC and less range/poke/burst.

P. Iceborn Whenever Lissandra damages an enemy with impaired movement (from all sources) she deals bonus magic dmg (scales with level AP and MANA)(half for aa). If her ABILITY hits an enemy champion or large monter with impaired movement, she recovers some health (per lvl + ap) (maybe restores some mana as well?) This emphasises her as cc mage and makes her much better in cc heave team comps, as she is cc-battle mage. Also most battle mages have some form of sustain or tankyness, how ever, Lissandra lacks survivability, so this new passive helps her out with her slighly more spammable Q.

Q. Ice shard Lissandra throws an ice shard in lane dealing dmg to the first enemy hit and marking them for 2 s . After hitting the enemy spear shatters gainning more range and slowing all enemies hit (40-80% decaying over 1s) Then ever Lissandra damages marked enemy she applies her passive bonuses (bonus dmg and heal(restores health even if hit by an aa)(stacks if hit by an ability) Cd reduced by 0,5 s (to 5,5-2,5) and dmg reduced (80-180 +55ap) range reduced(650 or 700), but total range is the same (825). Now aplies slow TO ALL TARGETS HIT. slow is stronger but it deminishes over time (think of lulu Q). Lover base dmg makes her poke weaker, so long range is even bigger of a counter to her. Mark bonus applies individualy, wich means if you hit other ability as target is slowed you proc passive bonus twice, recovering more health and dealing more dmg.

W. Ring of frost. Cd increased early game (18-10) dmg reduced (60-200) root is 1,5 at all ranks. If it hits at least 3 enemies it refunds 40%(20% 25% if it's too much) of its cd. Maybe reduced range (400 down from 450?) This makes her the real cc mage. increased cc early and reduced dmg late game makes this ability worth maxing out last now but still having big impact to the fight at rank 1.

E. Glacial path. I have no changes in plan for this ability. Maybe some damage nerfs and reduced cd at later ranks (24-8s). I want to make this abilty forth maxing second. Its hard to hit, so it rewards for good aiming and is overall healthy ability allready so it doesnt need more changes.

R. Frozen tomb Cd reduced early game (120-80s) cast range increased to 600 from 550. Stun duration now scales with rank (1,5-2,0s) Slow reduced to (30-40), field lasts for 4s(up from 3s). No longer heals Lissandra on self cast. Now has a grounded on it (how many ppl jumps or runs on ice fields anyway?) AP ratio reduced (to 60% or 50%) Since she has healing on her passive now and slowing field last for longed I dont think self healing is needed anymore . Grounded effect makes this a realy threating ability in teamfights (think of zyra ult or ori ult) Because of this, slow is reduced quite a lot in later ranks. Cast range is increased just to make it feel better and more fluid, but its unnecesery. And stun duration scales with rank, because self cast is superior in late game compared to enemy cast, so it should even-out both variations

Summary: I think this type of kit fits her quite well as cc-battle mage, giving her more tools to deal dmg in sustained close fights, but making her lanning a little weaker, especially vs long range opponents. Her new kit might work better in top lane or even in jungle due to in build sustain and due most top laners are malee, so you can first-hit Q them quite easily procing passive and dealing dealing more dmg.

What do you think of this?

Keep calm and love Lissandra <3

P.S. Sorry for grammar :( hope you get the idea
