Skins: New ones, old remakes and expansions

Something we need more in my opinion for skins already here. Arcade which has been done so that is good. I believe there should be more pool party skins they look great. Dark star skins should be expanded, they seem just to cool not to. I also believe the pentakill skins should be expanded as well and probably redone. Overall their have been some new great skins, PROJECTS and arcade skins and some unmentioned ones.

Now for the new skins. Something I have thought of for a long time is pretty dumb, but pretty cool. It is on the line of Chromas, but it wouldn't be a color, it would be a changing color. So for example you play as Draven . This champions chroma skin would change the blades to change color when he uses an ability and when he uses his ult it would be a multiple of colors spinning. Another idea would be steampunk skins. Steampunk is cool overall. Actually I do believe there is a steampunk champion and if there is they should expand this as well. Medieval skins would be quite nice as well, giving a old age effect. Other than that I am stumped for ideas :D. Great job Riot for making really good skins with small details and also adding the sexy for some champions. If you have any ideas, be interesting to hear them, thank you for your time!
