New champ

There should be a champion that is like ryze but darker. Maybe someone from rune wars

Passive: idk yet

Is q is a sacrifice that deletes a minion and gains health or mana for melee and caster (infonitely stack)

W is a slow that drains mana while replenishing his (like fiddle)

E lets him expell his sacroficed stacks to deal aoe damage

R is like trist but it reduces max health and mana of the victim

Thoughts?

I need a passive and a name I think it is pretty good
