Ideas for a reworked Evelyn

So, we all know that Evelynn is in a pretty unhealthy spot right now, but does that mean that she is dead? Hopefully not. With the possible assassin reworks coming this fall, I personally hope that Evelynn gets tossed into the bunch. Her character model desperately needs a touch up, her kit is unhealthy, and she doesn't even fit the assassin play style. I like her ult but it may need to be changed. Her passive should be something different altogether; you could possibly keep her e the same, but extend the speed up and make her invisible during that time. her q is garbage as is, due to inconsistent mechanics, and her e isn't much either. Ideas for abilities: Passive: The new Eve should be a TRUE assassin, and her passive should reflect that. I would make it so that each kill or assist would cause her to become stealthed, for the same duration as her E, after about a second of not taking damage. This alone is not really enough to be a good passive, so it would be good if going stealthed also added some extra effects to the next ability that eve would use (to be described later) Q: Eve's current Q is not a very useful ability. It is a spam ability (meaning that it costs a ton of mana over time), and it also has some pretty trash AI; for those who don't know, Eve cannot aim her Q. It would be very interesting to possibly make it into a short-range, slowing skill-shot, that applied a more intense slow according to rank, and that would apply a snare or a higher damage in an AoE if she used it in stealth. This idea could also be dialed down to allow for the ability missile to travel through minions (to keep the current play style of ganking from strange angles fully alive). It would be put on a 8-10 sec CD at rank 1 and 5-7 sec at rank 5. (this would still hit jungle monsters) W: I would keep Eve's W the same, but add more onto it. First off, as mentioned earlier, it would make her go invisible, to still allow for easy stealth access, and the speed bonus would either be bigger or for a longer period of time. She could also use this when already stealthed to renew the stealth and grant a larger movespeed buff, for a possible escape. This could also grant an attack speed buff to allow the ability to be use both offensively and defensively. Defensive use could also be punished slightly by causing the attack speed buff to rapidly run out without attacking a target. I would still keep the resets and CD reduction, from hitting champions with abilities, but the CD should only be reduced by half for a kill and hitting opponents should give back a substantial amount of the CD, to allow it to be used defensively after taking out a target. This would probably be on a 20-30 sec CD at all ranks. E: Eve's current E is honestly pretty bland, and is arguably the most boring part of her kit. Eve's fantasy is something along the lines of a sneaky assassin who carefully wiggles into a fight to take out a priority target and instill fear into those who would oppose her. To really bring this out, she will need a melee range type attack that offers some tools for taking out her target. This would likely be either a short-range, targeted ability or an empowered basic attack. If used in stealth the ability could fear surrounding enemies, not the target, in a small area for half a second, deal additional damage, drain health, or some combination of the two (personally I like the whole draining health and fearing people thing, sense she supposedly feeds off of fear). This would likely be on a 15 sec CD at rank 1 and 10 sec at rank 5 Ulti: Eve's current ult is really neat, and I really think it should be the thing in her kit that Riot should be the most proud of. However, it would not work well with the stealth mechanics that I have devised in this at all because, let's face it, to make it work we would need an empowered ulti. That would either be OP and the only option to empower or make using it really difficult and disrupt the flow of her kit. The name "Hate Spikes," seems really appealing to me, so I think that this ability could be an effect that Eve could put onto herself, instead of a target location, that would quickly spread outwards, slowing and dealing a fair amount of damage to enemies in a large AoE. This could also synergize with the effects of her other abilities after being used in stealth, dealing extra damage to the targets that are directly affected by her E and Q. When hitting a target that is affected by the immobilization of her Q's stealth effect, it could deal extra damage or root other enemies in a cone that extends from the target to the end of Eve's ult range. When used in tandem to her E's stealth effect she could give allies bonus attack speed or move speed or increase her own attack/move speed (In addition I would make the attack speed decay lesser). Using this with her E's stealth effect could allow her to create a fear in a larger area, heal for more, just do more damage with some other effect, or (my personal favorite) use the fear effect from her E and drain health from all affected targets (instead of making her E directly heal as a suggested earlier). This would be on a CD of 100-120 sec at rank 1, 90-110 sec at rank 2, and 80-100 sec at rank 3. Think of it as a self-casted Lissandra ulti without a lingering AoE or a reliable heal. This would obviously need some fine-tuning, but, considering Eve's past, she clearly needs a complete overhaul of her kit. Everyone at Riot seems to want to preserve her stealth in the form of her passive, but, even if my ideas aren't used, I would STRONGLY consider having her stealth moved to a different ability to make her kit healthier and more fair. For all you Evelyn players out there who may end up angry if these changed went through, keep in mind that I am also a big fan of her kit and I currently have about 50k mastery on her, so I think I have enough knowledge about her kit to say that it is currently in a state where it can never be considered healthy in any way. Thanks for reading my text wall :3
