Champion Idea. (First time on forums, go easy on me >.>)
Name: Ruubic ~Primary role : Fighter ~Secondary bar: None ~Focused Attribute: AD/AS
Passive: Inertial Blade Every basic attack Ruubic connects unto an enemy champion or neutral monster, he gains a stack of inertia. For every stack of inertia Ruubic has, he gains .001 attacks per second (and .10 attack damage per stack) (Max attack damage gained this way: 50) Caps at 500 stacks. If Ruubic dies, he loses 25 stacks of inertia. If he kills an enemy Champion or large monster, he gains 5 stacks.
Q ability: "Hilt Smash" Ruubic lunges a very short distance (35 units) to hit target with the hilt of his blade dealing 25(+.5 damage/ stack of inertia) and Ignores 10%(10%/15%/20%/25%/30%) of targets armor. If this ability hits a grounded target, cool down is auto-set to 3 seconds. If this ability hits a target in air, it does double damage and its cool down is auto-set to 6 seconds and the duration of the knock-up is extended by 1 second. Cool down: 6 seconds. not affected by cool down reduction
W ability: "Blood slash" Ruubic charges his blade for up to 3 seconds. (He can still move while charging) After the time charged, he lashes his sword forward in an arc, hitting all enemies in a 90 degree cone in front of him. For every second he charges, this ability will do 75(+.35 damage/ stack of inertia)~+20% of AD for every second charged) damage, and when it hits an enemy, Ruubic will take 10%(10%/20%30% for every second charged) of the damage dealt to his own health. Cool down: 12 seconds(12/11/10/9/8 seconds)
E ability: "Upward Slash" Ruubic smacks his blade to the ground behind him, hitting all enemies behind him for 20(+.35 damage/ stack of inertia)(+25% of AD) in a 200 unit radius (200/225/250/275/300 units). Then after .25 seconds, he swings his blade upward, Dealing 45(45/55/65/75/85 +37% of AD) damage and knocking all enemies in front of him in a 75 degree cone up into the air for a brief moment. (.5/.75/.9/1.05/1.25 seconds) Cool down: 12 seconds(12/11.5/10/9.5/8)
R ability: "Martyrdom" After channeling for .5 seconds, Ruubic smashes the ground with his blade, dealing damage to all enemies around him(300/400/500 units) equal to the amount of Inertia stacks he has. He then Looses a portion of his health equal to his attack damage times his attack speed. Ability Damage: Does 2 true damage times every stack of inertia Ruubic has. (Max true damage~1000) Cool down: 120 Seconds (stays this way no matter the ability level)
